Q1 ,  When will the order Ship ?

Please Note When you placed a order from Rotimia 

Processing time usually takes between 1-5 business days.

Order received 

We match the nearest warehouse of your Country and if there's enough stocks - order send out within 48 hours 

If There's not enough Stocks , We need 2-3 days to arrange the products  , So the package will be sent out within a week

Q2,  How To track My order ?

Once your order shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email From our website 

To ensure you can receive this confirmation email or other emails send from our customer service , Please make sure to provide the correct Email address 

This email include the tracking number and a link to check order status. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

There's only one possibility which is the logistics provider CHANGE the tracking number because of International transport  . in this cause  , you just need to send an email to our service  to ask for the new tracking number .

Once you receive shipping confirmation means the order has been sent out without doubt

Q3, Why didn't i receive shipping confirmation for my order ?

No ! Currently We only accept about 40 countries orders , if you can place an order from our website successfully , that's means your country is within our range . Please understand ,Because Of  COVID-19, The shipping time has slightly affected . but once your order confirmed , we will do our best to make sure you receive the package ASAP
